Limited Workmanship Warranty

At Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC, we stand behind the quality of our work. We offer a limited warranty on our labor so you can schedule mobile service with confidence.

Warranty Coverage

  • All labor performed by Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC is warranted to be free from defects in workmanship for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of service.

  • If a defect in workmanship is verified by Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC within this warranty period, we will, at our option, re‑perform the affected labor at no additional labor cost to you.

Parts Warranty

  • Any parts supplied by Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC are covered only by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty, if any.

  • Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC does not provide any separate or additional warranty on parts and is not responsible for any denial, limitation, or terms of a manufacturer’s warranty.

Customer‑Supplied Parts

  • No warranty of any kind (labor or parts) is provided on repairs or services that involve customer‑supplied parts.

  • If a customer‑supplied part fails or is found defective, any additional labor or replacement parts required will be billed as a new repair.

What Is Not Covered

This limited workmanship warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Lack of proper maintenance, neglect, or failure to follow recommended service intervals.

  • Misuse, abuse, racing, modifications, or accidents.

  • Failures caused by unrelated or pre‑existing conditions or components not serviced by Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC.

  • Incidental or consequential damages such as towing, rental car costs, loss of time, or loss of use.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original invoice customer and the vehicle listed on that invoice and is not transferable.

Warranty Service and Claims

  • To request warranty service, you must contact Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC and allow us the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and verify the concern.

  • The vehicle must be made available to Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC within the warranty period, and you may be asked to provide a copy of the original invoice.

  • Any repairs performed or authorized by another shop without prior written approval from Prime Mobile Auto Pros LLC will void this warranty for the related work.

Limitation of Liability

Liability under this limited workmanship warranty is strictly limited to the remedies described above and shall not exceed the original labor charge for the covered repair.
